Food with a memory
A modern European bistro inspired by the seasons, local produce and the flavours of home.
The food
Our kitchen follows the rhythm of the year. We cook with the best each season brings — from wild mushrooms and berries to fresh vegetables, fish, meat and local dairy.
We don’t decide in advance what the next menu will be. We let it take shape naturally — guided by seasonal produce, its quality and the ideas that emerge in our kitchen. We believe good food starts with good ingredients; the rest is a matter of creativity and instinct.

Food with a memory
Some flavours have been with our chef since childhood. They are memories of the family table, his mother’s and grandmother’s kitchens, home cooking and dishes that never needed a special occasion.
We don’t simply try to recreate old recipes. We look for what matters most in them — a familiar flavour, a combination that has lasted, a feeling that is hard to put into words but easy to recognise once you taste it. We bring all of this into our kitchen and make it our own.
That’s how dishes come to life, bringing together memories and the present, simplicity and new discoveries.
The bistro
A bistro is not only about what ends up on the plate, but also about the time we spend at the table.
Come for dinner, meet up with friends or simply have a glass of wine. Order a few dishes to share, discover new flavours, order one more and take your time.
We want everything here to happen naturally. No special occasions, strict rules or need to rush. Just good food, drinks you love and people you want to spend more time with.
Close to home
What matters to us is not only what we serve, but where it comes from.
Whenever possible, we choose local producers and Lithuanian-grown ingredients, selecting products whose quality we know firsthand.
Seasonal produce, local craft beer and carefully chosen wines are a natural part of our bistro.
We value our connection with the people who grow, create and make. After all, behind a good product there is often a story just as interesting as the one behind the dish itself.
Bistro n.2 — familiar flavours, new discoveries and time you don’t want to rush.
